I too do not eat much bread at all becasue of the wheat flour inside of it. My husband loves bread and I try to find other bread on the island besides the French bread made here fresh .3 times a day. There is none at all. He loves his bread and can eat an entire loaf of fresh bread 4 to 5 times a day. I worry so much for this. In the past few weeks there is a new Grandma who is now on facebook and she has some good bread recipes that I have tried lately. He especially likes the one with cornmeal and some of the ones inside her cookbook with no yeast made with whole grains. I know it takes a lot of time to make yuor own bread but the ones she has inside her cookbook with no yeast are easy to prepare and there is no time waiting for them to rise before baking them. I like to make these for dinner and he still eats the entire loaf at meal time but at least I think it is better for him than ones with whole wheat flour. I just received her free report on the composition of foods and their break down. It was very interesting reading. You might like this report. I found it here http://grandmasimpsonskitchen.com/2011/06/06/general-composition-of-foods/

I love your meal plans and recipes that you post here on your blog site. I also found some good vegetable recipes on this other blog too. Hope you like them like I do. Thank you so much
