First of all, I'd like to say I liked your recent comment on Diet-blog.

I want to give you some of my opinions on weight training and cardio.

Building muscle is hard. It requires intense effort. When I work out, I give it my maximum effort. When I watch, obese, or highly overweight people do weight training, the effort they put in is worthless! Now, with cardio, you are moving, even very slowly, you are still moving and burning calories. The problem we have is in the real world, with real people, cardio works better for weight loss. EVERY successful weight loser I know did it with cardio as the center of their workout. In theory, I understand weight training could be better, it just doesn't play out in reality.
